Shane started writing production software at 19 and has spent two decades since as an engineer, CTO, and operator — building platforms in healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing, leading engineering teams through scale, and starting companies of his own.
He still reads the pull requests. That's the point: Selig Labs is small on purpose, and the person accountable for the work is the person who does it.
