We design and build custom software for companies that have outgrown off-the-shelf tools, or have an idea that doesn't exist yet. Senior engineers only. You own the code.
Capabilities
Discovery, definition, and design run by the people who will build it, so the design is shippable.
Roadmaps · prototypes · design systems
Customer-facing applications built to hold up under real load and real support burden.
React · TypeScript · Swift · Kotlin
Applied where it removes a real cost, extraction, routing, quoting, review, not as a feature to announce.
LLM pipelines · document AI · evals
The operational core: workflow, permissions, audit, reporting. Unglamorous and worth the most.
Postgres · event-driven · SSO/RBAC
Getting systems that were never meant to talk to agree: ERPs, EMRs, TMSs, payments.
HL7/FHIR · EDI · webhooks · ETL
Architecture, sequencing, build-vs-buy, and the honest cost of each path, before code.
Audits · roadmaps · CTO advisory
Process
Sit with the people doing the work. Map the system as it truly runs, not as documented.
A clickable version of the real thing, in front of real users, before the expensive decisions.
Two-week increments into production. You see working software, not status decks.
Instrument, tune, and hand over cleanly; or stay on as the team. Your call, not ours.
Engagement models
Two to three weeks. You leave with an architecture, a scope, a budget, and a prototype, whether or not you build with us.
Fixed fee
A defined system, delivered end to end by a small senior team. Fixed scope or milestone-based, with a named engineer accountable throughout.
3-9 months
We function as your engineering org, or alongside it, with quarterly targets and shared dashboards. The model for companies without a CTO yet.
Retained, quarterly
If the technology is worth more to both of us than an invoice, we'll say so — and propose an equity or co-venture structure instead. Explore partnerships
One call with the founder, not a sales team. If we're not the right build partner, we'll tell you in the first twenty minutes.
