Shane started writing software at 9 and has spent his time since as an engineer, CTO, and operator; building platforms in healthcare, logistics, and manufacturing, leading engineering teams through scale, and starting companies of his own.
He still reads the pull requests. That is the point: Selig Labs is small on purpose, and the person accountable for the work is the person who does it.
